South Avenue Fall Fair
Taking place at the South Avenue Baptist Church on October 12, this festival offers activities such as puppet shows, face painting, petting zoo, and Ferris wheel. For the adults, there’s food samples, a motorcycle rally, classic car show, and much more. There is no cost to attend this event.
East End Street Fest
Taking place at 2500 Navigation Boulevard on October 19, visitors will be able to enjoy music from a total of 15 bands, as well as indulge in all sorts of delicious food and drinks. Children’s activities will also be available as well. The cost to attend this event is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 years of age and under for early bird tickets.
Junta Hispana Festival
Taking place at Reliant Park on November 10, this festival celebrate various foods and cultures from 20 different Spanish-speaking nations. On top of arts and crafts, there will also be dancing and music, as well as exhibits and appearances from local radio personalities. There is no cost to attend this event.
